In learning English by communicative approach, there are some advantages and disadvantages.
Advantages:
- It helps the students to gain more confidence while speaking.
- Student's speaking and listening skills will be improving much.
- The learning is faster and more flexible

Disadvantages:
- it works better for only the active and naturally confident students, not the shy ones.
- student's might not be so keen on improving writing and reading skills.
- grammar usage will be less accurate.
