Aida: Thank you, just call me Aida, please.
H: OK, Aida, have a seat.....Hmm, I see from your resume here that you have been experienced in writing essays and articles.
A: Yes, I have. I've been writing them, in a various topics since I left university and I've been hired by some clients abroad too.
H: How long have you been working for these clients abroad?
A: About 2 years so far.
H: I see. Now, could you tell me your strength and weaknesses?
A: Well, I'm diligent, well-organised, good at planning and writing, knowledgeable and resourceful. As for my weaknesses are rather quiet and introvert plus takes some time to make friends with people.
H: Alright, now why would you like this position?
A: I'd like to improve my skills and experience than in my current position plus perhaps more advanced opportunity to improve my writing by working with more experienced people here.
H: OK, I suppose that's all. I'm open to any questions you'd like to ask
